These intuitively guided sessions are focused on the energetic body. Monique works with the seven main chakras and energetic auras to clear stuck points and activate transformation. She brings in techniques rooted in shamanism and earth based medicine. A combination of physical touch, off the body, clearing, toning, and smudging are incorporated.
